Into perpetual night

Into perpetual night takes its name from part of the last chapter of William Beebe’s book Half mile down. The marine biologist is remembered in the history of scientific innovation for being the first man to reach a marine depth of over 900 meters. A voiceover will lead us into an image on the edge between reality and fiction: a submarine immersion in the abysmal seabed will become a journey into a fantastic world.

Into perpetual night investigates the relationship between man and nature. The conservation of and the care needed for the nature reproduced by humans for scientific purposes.
